The “1084 Blanc de Noirs” is a single-variety wine, Pinot Noir, only bottled in 1.5 litre magnum.

Ancient gold colour and very thin perlage are the features of “Blanc de Noirs”, which will envelope you with white pulp fruit notes, smoked bread and spices. It flowes across the palate and ends with a pinch of lemon.

Pairings

It is enhanced by shellfish dishes and seafood crudités, though this does not preclude it from being paired with more earthy dishes such as risotto with porcini mushrooms or grilled lamb.

Serve between 8-10°C.
