The production of our red wines is done with traditional techniques, referable to the past years.
The grapes are harvested manually and the grapes are selected one by one. The punching is manual and the bottling takes place by “fall”.
Every process, from winemaking to packaging, is carried out with care, in a traditional way, without the use of technological supports.
Each processing procedure, from batonnage to excavation, from remuage to disgorgement, is strictly manual, to guarantee the high quality that characterizes all our products.
