On the nose, you can perceive notes of riped red fruits, cherry, undergrowth, hints of oriental spices and enchanted ‘animals’ hints, like treated leather. In the mouth, it offers an elegant structure with silky tannins, juiciness and persuasive balance.
The pairings to try with our Pinot Noir are semi-mature cheeses, cured meats and cold cuts, truffle tagliatelle, deer, wild boar and duck meat sauce, mushroom risotto.
